  I was wondering can parasites cause pain because my three month old bunnie has parasites and he is chattering his teeth.Im sorry for my bad english

  Im sorry to hear it.Yes, some parasite can make a rabbit very uncomfortable.
  
  What sort of parasites does your rabbit have? Ones on the skin or inside his gut?
  
  Has he been given anything to treat the parasites? Be very careful because some anti-parasite treatments are not safe for rabbits.

  He has some gut parasites but he cant get the treatment because he needs to be 16 weeks old

  I found out that he has worms but he cant get the treatment until hes 16 weeks old

  Some de-wormers can be given to younger rabbits. Fenbendazole (brand name Panacur, SafeGuard) can be given. Selamectin (brand names Revolution, Stronghold) is another one. Selamectin will kill worms except tapeworms. It’s applied to the skin as a spot-on preparation.
  
  It is really important that your bun gets treatment.
  
  DO NOT use Fipronil (frontline, Sentry, Effipro) on rabbits. It’s deadly toxic to them.

  16 weeks? What is the vet using? From what I’ve been told, Panacur can be given as early as 8 weeks. Does anyone want to comment on that? You can correct me if I’m wrong.

  I found a mention of Panacur having been prescribed by a vet to 6-week old bunnies, with a good outcome.
  
  Panacur (fenbendazole) kills a wide variety of intestinal worms. It has low toxicity.

  My vet said he has roundworms.He chatters his teeth sometimes but quietly he also eats and drinks and seems happy im gonna try to get him treatment

  A bunny can “chatter” it’s teeth when it’s feeling happy and content. That’s a softer sound than the sound they make when they are in pain. Sometimes you can’t even hear it, just feel it in your fingers when you touch the head.
  
  A bunny in pain displays other symptoms than just teeth-chattering. It looks uncomfortable, it shifts its position often or sit all hunched up in a corner. It often refuses to eat.
  
  Fenbendazole would be the dewormer of choice for roundworms (nematodes). Ivermectin is not as effective against all types, and there are many types.
