Hi! Every time there are clementines in the house, Cocoa is always trying to get her little paws on some. Would it be ok to give her a small bite of a slice as an occasional treat? Or this a bad idea. Thank you!

The fruit? Citrus fruits generally aren’t recommended for bunnies. A tiny piece 1cm square probably wouldn’t hurt. But the sugar and acid aren’t great. I wouldn’t give any more at one time.

Breintje loves it too, I usually have these small clementines which are slightly larger than a golf ball. He gets half of a slice, and not every day. He loves all kinds of fruit and will go crazy if he smells clementines or bananas being peeled. He’ll dance around you and thump in excitement ^_^
