  So I bought some hay from a feed store, {I usually buy it at a pet store} and it looks pretty clean but I was wondering if there is a way to clean it just in case of bugs. Can I microwave it? Thx for any tips!

  You can put it in an airtight container and freeze it to deal with bugs. Im almost certain this is something I read about how to deal with hay mite.
