Hihi!
I’ve been a lurker for a while now, I think it’s time I formally introduce myself and the buns.
My first rabbit is Nibbles, aka Nibble Butt aka Butt Butt (or any other Adj./Noun + Butt format) aka Nibs (5/6 years):

Nibbles, originally named Frostbite, was found by my friend in a bucket outside of a petstore early early in the morning in December. She was a living terror who would run around crazily, bite at random, and lunge at objects and creatures many many times her size (including cats, dogs, people, and vacuums). After about a year, she lost much of her aggressiveness but none of her boldness. I think she is a Chinchilla mix- she’s the softest thing I’ve ever touched. She also litterbox trained herself and has impecable hygiene. Nibs has an unsatiable sweet tooth and is a little piggy. She has destroyed countless cell phone and laptop chargers by chewing through the cords, and dug up the carpet so bad in the rabbit room that I caved and put in laminate. She is in love with my boyfriend and will fall asleep when he pets her. She loves being pet, nuzzled, and “play chased” so that she can whip around and challenge me.
Please note that in both pictures, Nibs is in the pooper.
Before I got Nibbles, I thought rabbits were cute but dumb– I had no idea they could be so intelligent or dynamic!
So I a couple of summers ago (2008), I got Lola, aka Lola Bean aka Beaner (3/4 years):

Lola was “rescued” from a girl on craigslist who was moving to college and could no longer take care of her. Lola had been a pet store bunny who had been returned to the store where the girl worked and then bounced around from employee to employee. She wanted nothing to do with me (and only wanted to hump the living daylights out of Nibs). She would glare out at my boyfriend and I from underneath a couch. Now, she likes to sit on top of the couch and watch me as I watch TV, knit, etc. I am unsure what breed Lola is (if anyone has an ideas- speak up!). Lola doesn’t quite (and probably never will) have the whole poop in the litterbox thing down. She is great at being held and has actually crawled into my lap on occassion. Lola always has this “what do you want now?” look on her face when I talk to her…
