          Hello

It sounds like it could be your new noisy neighbour that is contributing to this. How long have they been unwilling to come out?

That could be a reason, are there any other changes in their environment, new or rearranged furniture etc.?

My bunnies used to come out a lot, then suddenly they stopped for like a month-ish. I expanded their territory a lil bit and they started coming out again and playing. It might be because just reasons unknown bunny behavior but I do think that the noisy upstairs neighbor may contribute to it. If it was quiet for a while and then suddenly out of the blue, its a lot noisier than usual, even us humans get pretty cautious.
