Bunny with right water eye

Hi guys,
I wanted to ask you guys for help.
My female bunny has a watery right eye.
No ooze or discharge, but her fur does get matted around where the eye discharges.

This happens when she goes outside for her “outside” time.
 I took her to the vet when I noticed this issue and he gave her some eye drops. Vet said it was conjunctivitis.
After the treatment was preformed her eyes cleared up.

However, now that I take her out each time she has tears in that one right eye. I think that the wind drys out her eyes. Keep in mind that when I got her the previous owner kept her outside all day in a cage ( I think that at this point its just a chronic eye discharge because of the way she was housed).

When I don’t take her outside her eye is fine…but I want to take her out; she loves to be out there moving vs just hanging out inside the house all day. I do limit her time out there for that reason to only a few hours. Then I bring back in.
I have already ordered more drops for her from the doc, but if you guys have any info or suggestions let me know.
I have also read that mini loops are prone to eye issues like having runny eyes because of their ears, but I don’t know if this is true or not.

Has the vet talked to you about possible allergies? It could be that her right eye has simply become more sensitized to allergens after the conjunctivitis. Is it posdible to give her a little break from outside time to allow her eye to heal completely?
