Normally a sprain would’ve gotten considerably better after a week. But then again, a bone that’s actually broken is not an animal (or human) would put weight on. Does she put any weight at all on it now? It’s of course adviceable to get an X-ray. If her leg is broken, she shouldn’t be on Metacam because it interferes with callus-formation (the formation of new bone around a break). You’d get a more appropriate pain-killer like perhaps tramadol.
Most often nothing else is done, to have a bunny’s thigh bone pinned together is possible but it’s very, very expensive and most vets will have no experience with the procedure. Sometimes a plaster cast is recommended, but not in all cases.
The most important thing is to see to it that she eats. Give her her favorite greens. Parsley, mint, cilantro are often big favorites. Not too much fruit obviously since sugar is bad for bunnies. And restrict her movement. Pet her a lot on the head and face, if she likes that. Does her leg look odd, like is it protruding at a weird angle or sth?
Imo you should call your vet Monday morning, tell them your situation with the vacation, maybe they can squeeze her in if someone has cancelled their apt or sth.
