        Hello! Happy new year!

I have a bunny (female 1 year old spayed) that refuses to use the litter box. I’ve done litter box training with multiple rabbits but she is a tough one.

I tried a large space, multiple litter boxes, a small space, bigger litter box, put her poo and pee in the box, cleaned up her pee as soon as she goes on the floor, moved her box to the corner/area she pees in, put her food and water in the litter box. I also tried soft bedding and her litter box always has hay. Right now she has a rooly and her enclosure is more restricted. I am running out of ideas and been at it for months not too sure why she is always avoiding using her box any suggestions or ideas why?

Has she never been litter box trained? Or is this a new development? If you’re working on “first time” litter box training, it sounds like you’re doing all of the typical things. Are there other bunnies or even other animals in the home? Could this be (at least partially) territorial?
