  I can’t decide on names for my 2 mini lop rabbits. They are siblings, the mostly white is male and more coloured is the female. Any ideas?

  Hi, they are really adorable!
  I want to mention that, even as siblings, they will need to be separated until a month after one or both is speutered. Siblings don’t care if they’re related when they decide they want to breed, and a female can get pregnant way sooner than any of us can imagine. They won’t miss their bond – you will be newly bonding them in a couple of months anyway.
  
  That said, I like George, but how about Gracie & George, as in Burns.
  Paired names or words work well, like Peanut and Butter.

  Matching sounds, like Fred and Fran
  Peppy and Pinky

  Is there a chance they won’t get on when i try to rebond them? I will house them seperately until 4 weeks after the male is neutered, that’s the plan anyway. Can i let them have supervised social time, even 5 minutes? I don’t want them to fight
  
  Thinking of matching sounds, like Daisy and Duke or Frith and Freya sounds nice doesn’t it, Frith as in the rabbit lord in watership down. Freya is just nice.

  Males can be neutered when their testicles descend between 3-4 months. They do continue to have viable sperm for 4 weeks after the neuter, so they have to remain completely separate after the procedure. Females can be spayed at about 6 months.

  Yes Watership Down names! I like the idea of Frith and Freya, especially with them both starting with the same letter Lol. I named Lulu after a very popular video game series character.
