  Oscar the rabbit’s favorite companion has always been a male guinea pig
  He will only be friends with 1 male guinea pig at a time even if we have 2
  One of our guinea pigs died & it wasn’t oscars friend, muffin
  Someone gave us a female & Muffin of course was interested but he lost some interest in oscar
  Then my daughter got a baby female guinea pig for ginger to have a companion with
  only problem is muffin now ignores oscar.
  And this past weekend I had to watch a client’s pets & she has 3 rabbits. My daughter came with me & that seemed to be al he could take & he stopped eating his carrot.
  we took him to the vet & they said it must be emotional. he is starting to eat a little
  My daughter is at work and I had off today so I took & put muffin & oscar in the living room
  oscar was so happy but muffin didn’t purr like he use to & oscar got depressed & ran home.
  I am going to talk to my daughter about putting the females in another room & giving oscar & muffin tme to reconnect. & possibly giving the females away

  I think that’s an excellent idea. Just be careful that it’s not temporary, and you relocate Muffin again. It would be hard on Oscar. Let’s hope Muffin doesn’t miss Ginger too much.

  Poor little guy Oscar. Don’t really have any advice but hope Muffin will be his friend again as soon as posoble!
