Long story short, my bunny can no longer be a free roaming indoor rabbit and so I’ve bought her a sturdy hutch for outdoors. We have a lot of foxes so I got a solid metal one with wire on one side so it will be impossible for any predators to get into. The only thing is I’m confused about how to set it up. I have a litter tray with litter and hay, but should I cover the floor with the same so it’s softer? Or will that just confuse her? Would a plank of wood be better over the metal? There’s no wire like in most hutches so I’m worried about her sitting in a dirty hutch. She is a rex so it’s mainly sore hocks that I’m worried about. Any advice on an outdoor setup would be great!

1.I like your user name (I’m assuming its a 40K reference)

          2. you could try putting some fleece on the wood to make it softer.
