Bunny has liquid diarrhea?

Greetings fellow bunny lovers.

This morning, I took care of Paris, my 2-3 month old lionhead bunny. She was perfectly fine. I took care of her like I usually do-gave her pellets, water, and hay. Then I went to check on her about an hour later, and she had orange/light colored diarrhea in one spot of her cage. Last time I checked she had only did it once, and was sitting in her litterbox like she usually is. She is eating and drinking as usual, which is good I guess, but odd. Is she sick? 

The only thing that has changed recently is that I changed her bedding from carefresh to pine/cedar shavings. Could it be this? She's been grazing outside for a few hours at a time, but she only goes outside 1-2 times a week. 

What could possibly be wrong with her? Is it life threatening? What should I do? There aren't any rabbit vets within a 50 mile radius, and none of them are open today anyways. Please help!

I don’t know if the litter change could have caused the symptoms you are seeing in your rabbit, but pine/cedar shavings are not the best for rabbits. Here’s an article that explains more…

You can use wood pellets, which are a good, cheap litter option. Because they have been made into pellets, the concerns mentioned in the article I linked to don’t apply.

Are you sure it isn’t pee?

I was thinking the same LBJ.

DwarfFluffyBuns, the pee can be reddish or orange, especially after exposed to the air for a while. That’s normal.

Is she producing normal dry poo also?
If she does have diarrhoea though then she’d definitely need treatment. Even at a non rabbit vet.

I also read that dandelions could make pee go bright orange which she might have been eating if she grazes outside.
