Today my bunny bit me when I was cleaning up his pee with a tissue. He is due to be neutered in a week so hopefully the spraying will stop. I don’t understand why he bit me? Was he unhappy I was cleaning it up or did he unintentionally go for my hand instead of the tissue?! Any help appreciated, thanks

          It could be territorial.

My bunny Yohio growls when I sweep up the territorial poop he places along the gate to my other rabbit’s room. He then attacks the broom with claws and teeth. So I think territorial is a good bet. A spraying is a clear marking of territory. He goes to all that trouble to put his mark on stuff and then you come along and just undo it =)
Spraying usually subsides a few weeks after a neuter. My Yohio could spray 3 feet up the walls. Thank goodness that stopped after his neuter.
