  so here’s the situation. these don’t add up
  as of recently, Rocket has discovered grunting. which takes place when he’s let out of his kennel in the morning or when circling me. he’s began dragging his baby blanket Into his litter box (and peeing on it!) he is also being extra bad with the climbing and going places he knows he shouldn’t. he’s drinking fine, but being very picky with his pellets (which he usually dives right into!) neglecting to eat them, or throwing the bowl. he’s still eating hay and veggies. I know these all seem like little things but combined together it’s like I have a turbo mega Brat destructo bunny. he spends a lot of the time in the corner of the room by my guitars (which he has for a while). but he never looks upset or anything, he’s usually ears up. anyone have any explanation? hormones? bratty bun? more outside time?
  I almost forgot to add, he’s made the connection between the front door of the kennel and outside so now he viciously claws at it. even after being outside for hours and hours.

  If he’s not neutered, I’d say it’s hormones.

  Have you checked to see if his testicles have dropped? 5 months is consistent with being hormonal.

  Well, then neutering is an option.

  Neutering should stop the behaviors. He should settle back into his old self soon after he gets neutered. Just a side note my rabbits both acted worse for a weeks or so after they were neutered and spayed but once the hormones settled back down they were back to acting normal.
