I’m looking for some books on rabbits, so does anyone know of any books (Informational, or just fun) that they read and liked?

My favorite book of all time is a house rabbit primer understanding and caring for your companion rabbit by lucile c. moore. This is my favorite book of all time. It goes over everything you need to know about owning a rabbit. This book also goes in depth where as other books just give you the basics. Other ones in my collection are the house rabbit society books. Dummies for rabbits are good. Rabbit USA magazines are good they give updated information and comes out in january. The animal planet has one about rabbits it just gives the basics. Amazon is where i get alot of my rabbit books and they aren’t that expensive at all. Good luck reading I always love to read rabbit books

My favorite rabbit book of all time is a children’s book I read as a kid and still have today. It’s called “Marshmallow” and it’s about a cat named Oliver who discovers his owner has brought home a white baby bunny named Marshmallow. The pictures in it are just adorable!

Thanks everyone, and Ava, I might just have to buy that for my nephew, he always likes books about animals.

                  “Stories Rabbits Tell.”
It is about the misunderstandings that cultures have about rabbits, the history of rabbits and such. A very sad but informative book. It makes you turn into a voice for rabbits.

The book that taught me how to properly care for a rabbit was “Rabbits for Dummies” by Audrie Pavia. Lots of great info on nutrition, etc. Another book that is very informative is “When your Rabbit Needs Special Care” by Lucile C. Moore. Great health reference.

I want to read that book, Chacha. But I don’t do well with sad books. When Stormy died I bought “Animals in Spirit” and I still haven’t finished it. I read a bit and then cry and have to stop.

From when I was a kid, my favorite would have to be The Velveteen Rabbit. Has your nephew ever read that one? Its by Margery Williams and is about a toy rabbit who want to become real through how much his boy loves him. Its so sweet.

This is honestly one of my favorite books, if you haven’t read it you need to. There are some parts that almost made me cry and other parts that are so beautiful.
