My bun is very bold and very VERY friendly. This weekend my area hosted a “Dog and Pony” show which all pets are welcome, so I brought my Pit Bull and my bun. My bun is also beautiful in leash. Well when I was done walking around I let him out of the carrier and he sat in the grass, then a heard of children just appeared. May I just say he was a hit, and loved it! I looked over and he was laying on children’s laps and had his head scratched. He was living it up. At first I was nervous about children coming up to him, because even though I knew he is usually very brave and bold, kids can be too much but he did perfect!

I really want him to get into therapy work. He LOVES people. When he goes to the pet store he’ll actually run up to everyone who walks near him to great them. I swear sometimes I think he thinks he is a dog since his best friends are dogs and rats, who tend to act like dogs. Off topic, but yes. My bun is actually friends with my rats. It’s the first time I had a bunny and had rats that got along. Usually they huffed at one another and the rats would try to hump the rabbit. My rabbit will even run up and press his forehead against the rats when he sees them out. Caught him and Rudy the rat sleeping together at one point too.

Anyways, he did great! And people where really shocked that my dog and my rabbit got along so well… but my dogs such a baby. Lol

Was he always super friendly, or did you train him to be more comfortable with people/other animals?
