I have 4 beautiful bun buns, the one in question in my baby Browning, He is a 2 year old Netherland dwarf and he started acting super weird lately. We were going to visit my mom in the next state over and when we were getting ready saying by to the three we were leaving over night (the 4th is our newest we brought to show off) and Browning was digging into my neck and he will grab my finger and hold it in his and its like he didn’t want me to put him down so I broke down and brought him. When we got to my moms I put him in the cage we have there for him and he flopped MY BROWNING DOESN’T FLOP. It was good to see him comfy but it did worry me but figured he was just sun bathing since the sun was hitting his cage. Cut to this week where he sits in the same spot in his cage and doesn’t seem to really move around/play. Last night I took him out of his cage and had him running around my bed like crazy and when it was time for bed he did the clinging again so we brought his cage into our room and we heard him playing while we went to sleep. This AM I took him out while i got ready for work and had him running around the bed and he did the clinging when i put him away. Digging his nose into my neck grabbing my finger and clicking his teeth. It broke my heart thinking he was soooo sad to see me go. It’s only been this week hes been acting so weird is there any explanation? He has a night light on him my husband theory is hes afraid of the dark and he recently moved from our ‘rabbit room’ to the kitchen where the light doesn’t hit him as well as it was. not sure if that could be a reason for clinging on though. sorry to rant just a tad nervous TIA
