So every night when we go to bed, I give bunnies a bit of dried papaya to get them in their pen. Once they began to understand the connection of night time=papaya treat, they started getting excited every time I stood up at night and head binkying and running around in circles.  They still do this, but then they learned that the *click* sound that my boyfriend’s sound system makes when we turn off the speakers means that papaya is definitely about to happen and they start binkying and racing around and running into each other.  They still do this too… accidental clicker training.  But it gets even more ridiculous, the past few weeks my boyfriend and I have been watching Buffy the Vampire slayer pretty much every night before bed… and now they start to run and around and binky whenever they hear the Buffy closing credit theme music!  I’ve Buffy trained my bunnies!

So smart! Bunnies really aren’t just cute like everybody supposes…

          Hahahahahaha! That’s hysterical!

Mine knew it was gonna be treat time whenever I’d get up and start getting ready for work. They didn’t go to THAT extreme, but they definitely came out and were waiting. Eddie would start giving me grumpy looks cause it would take so long.  LOL

Hahahaha. That’s hilarious! They’re going to be so confused when you start watching a different show.

LOL! Buffy-trained buns. I love it!

Ours don’t have a specific sounds to listen for, they just “know” what time it is, somehow. They start following me around when it’s dinner time, lol.

My trigger for Sammy insanity is rattling her treat jar. She runs in circles and just goes nuts, but she knows that the treat is inside her habitat in my hand…waiting…so unless she trips me on my way to the door (almost happens daily) she will have to jump all the way in to get it.

Mine would always sit in the “dinner spot” – where I always put their lettuce. Sometimes when I forgot the time, they’d sit. And sit. And sit. And…..glare…..until I’d finally look over and go “oh yeeeaaahhhh”. LOL
