Bonnies sores!

So a while back in my buns new cage she decided to ram her head in the corner for no reason and
She got a cut on her little nose. I applied neosporin (not the numbing kind) daily for a week,
And it seemed to heal. Shortly after her nose fell off! All the skin came off, and now she has a sore around her eye. She looks horrible, but shes acts just normal, same huge apetite, and spunky little bun. She is around 4 months old maybe? But i got her from a feed store locally about 2 months ago, they take great care of the few animals they sell. They said they get their buns from a breeder. The only guess i have to what her condition is, is maybe bunny siphilis, but she has no sores around her genitals, just face, and yes she is a loner. But she was with a litter 2 months back. I am trying to scrape together some cash to get her to a vet but its not the easiest. Until then if you can tell me if you know or not how serious it is. Anything helps

Can you post a picture?

It’s possible that it is completely unrelated to her injury and it is something else, like syphilis. There are “atypical” cases where only the face has sores. It’s pretty well documented.
