Bonding with Kittens?

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has experience introducing their buns to kittens (and vice versa). I follow a few buns who are siblings with cats and dogs, so I know it is possible. 

If you’ve introduced them before- do you have any tips?

Bonding different species is not a normal thing to do.

Im not sure of the exact situation but pictures are often a very different portrayal of what is real. I can get all my pets into one picture that makes them look like a happy family, but realistically I have animals that would kill each other if I wasn’t there to watch them.

Kittens and rabbits are a bad mix. An older kitten/ cat with a bit of sense is more easy to trust with a rabbit than young kittens that are still in the playful mood. Their “play” is training to be a predator, and a rabbit is live prey, and fair game to a kitten, who can do some serious damage with those little needle claws.

I have had kittens, rabbits, hedegehogs, hamsters, hens, budgies and dogs all living together happily.
But the introductions are dependent on each pet individually.
And in general they are never ‘friends’. You kinda hope that they wont try kill each other, and they are never left unsupervised.

Im not trying to discourage you, and if you want kittens, of course get them, but just dont anticipate the “friendships” people are always showing off. You will need to be able to keep them separate if there is aggression, on either side -We had rabbits as children that we had to re-home after they started brutally attacking our poor sap of a dog
