Ok first of all, Henri has always done tons of binkies. Acorn on the other hand has always been much more conservative with his binkies. The last few mornings though they have both been going binky crazy! It’s wierd because it seriously seems like they are having a competition of sorts. Henri will take off on a binky 500 (that’s what I call it when he isn’t just running, he’s spazzing and binkying around the house) and then Acorn will watch him for a second and then take off like “hey, I can beat that!”

It is incredibly cute. . . I’ll have to try and catch them doing it on video. . . . I just need to set up nanny cams around the house I swear!

Do any of your pairs have binky competitions?

Oh, how fun! I would love to see that. Maybe it’s bunny teaching bunny. Are they still together full-time?

Yep, I have been practicing lots of self control and not separating them. I’m not sure why it is so hard for me to just let them be, but I know I am WAY overprotective of them.

I groomed them last night and checked them over really well. . . So far we’re doing really well. Acorn has one spot where Henri pulled some fur but that’s all and well, Henri’s so furry I couldn’t really tell if he had any missing!

Henry: “Hey, Acorn, I stepped in something in my litter box and got my fur matted. Can you help me?”
Acorn (grinning mischievously): “Sure, Henry. Chomp, pull. Got it!”
Henry: “Ouch! Uh, thanks. Race Ya!” Henry takes off. Acorn follows. Both binkie.
