Forum HOUSE RABBIT Q & A Bald patch

        There is a small bald patch on Jupiter’s head where I pulled the fur out. I wasn’t pulling hard or forcefully, just plucking gently, and it came right out. It’s shaped kind of like a lemon.

          Rabbits can get completely bald spots when they’re molting. Sometimes, when pulling out loose for, you’ll see short layer of the new fur there already too.
          The bald spot should be covered in a layer of fuzz in a few days time. If not, then you might have to look into it further.

          If the skin is smooth and healthy looking, I don’t think you need to worry.
