  This afternoon my younger rabbit has bitten the nose of my older rabbit, It started to bleed a little bit but stopped very quickly, this happened recently they are both house rabbits which have now been split up, the rabbit that was bitten on the nose has been eating since it happened and has also pooped, her nose right in the corner looks like it’s disconnected from her face where they is a slight bit of blood, she seems fine and is laid down like normal, what should I do with the wound? Is it best I take her to a vet or clean regularly and keep an eye on it? Her breathing seems fine I’m slightly concerned with it evening her nose that has been bitten any help would be greatly appreciated

  If her nose looks disconnected I’d contact a vet, stitching might be needed and that needs to be done asap for best result and simplest procedure. It’s of course difficult to say without having seen it, but it sounds like it could need stichibg + possibly an antibiotic.

  I also think that your rabbit should be seen by a vet. If her nose is at all disconnected, it will likely need to be stitched up. You don’t want an infection to get started either, so you need to find out if she needs an antibiotic.
  
  Going by your user name, it sounds like you have 2 females. Are they both spayed and have the rabbits been bonded? You do need to keep them apart if they haven’t been spayed and successfully bonded, to prevent further injuries.
