I am having a hard time stopping the babies from eating mums vegetables.
Is it dangerous to be allowing them to eat the vegetables?

No, they should be fine. Just watch for runny poops as you would with any rabbit introducing something new in their diet. Vegetables are a natural part of rabbits diets – moreso than rabbit pellets in my opinion.

Like Sarita I also think you are just fine, just be sure they don’t have diarrhea. Little ones it is more serious for them to have it because their bodies are so small.

I’ll be the third member of the chorus, the babies eating greens is fine.  They should also be able to eat mom’s hay and pellets safely too if they are interested.

(I know everyone else has said this but…) Ok I dont have a rabbit yet, but I know about their diet. rabbits should be fine with greens they can also try hay if they want to. Watch out for messy poops some baby bunnies are to small and some cant really handle messy poop as well as other rabbits.
