My rabbit has been lifting his leg. When I posted a topic Azerane replied and said he probably just bruised or sprained his leg which is probably correct. He still does once in a while lift up and hold his leg up but he’s fine to run around on it and as soon as I got in his pen with him he started kissing me and then running around and binkying everywhere! I was wondering if I should give him anything like ben bac, critical care, pedilyte, etc. He’s still eating and drinking but I was wondering if anything like that would help.

I doubt he needs any of that, Benebac will of course not hurt. If you can get willow there can be some natural salicylic acid in it that can help with inflammation. Plus buns tend to like it. If he’s just holding his paw up sometimes but also runs on it, it sounds like it’s a mild sprain. It will heal, but you could always pamper him a bit extra with head- and nose rubs, if he likes that

I found this link and if you scroll down it say that you can give your rabbit baby asrpin. Should I do this? Or should I use bene bac instead?

Uhm Benebac and aspirin are completely different products :/ Benebac is good bacteria to help the digestive system (lactobacillus) while aspirin is used to treat pain and inflamation. Also, please do not give aspirin to the rabbit unless your vets says you can and gives you a dose. If you want to try to give him something for the pain or inflamation use Metacam (meloxycam), that is for animals and very well tolerated by buns. Of course you still need to get proper dosing instruction from your vet, which can be done over the phone if you know the bun’s weight.
