Just wondering if anyone is very skilled with sketching bunnies?
I used to be a pretty decent little artist, but not so much anymore. I have an idea for a outline sorta bunny sketch, but need someone else to draw it up for me better then I can.

It’s a tattoo idea… if I do get it I will definetly post it here.

My daughter loves to draw, but everything she does has an anime style to it. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for?
Jesrseygirl and Brittany were talking in the Chat Thread about bunny tattoos. There’s quite a few pix posted in the later pages…from about #5 on through, I think.

I am having my friend do my sketch for a tattoo.

I find that I am VERY VERY PICKY about rabbit drawings for tattoos. Rabbits are either drawn too kid like.. or just not my taste. It is hard to get a compromise. I think I am driving my friend nuts

I am still looking for a good picture. I want a rabbit, but I don’t want a hare on my shoulder blade o_O;; BLAH!! I am getting a little frustrated with how I want the drawing done I’ve already asked for one alternation..

That’s just it I am VERY picky…. I won’t buy artwork for our walls at home because I am so damn picky LOL.

I don’t want Anime, it’s be more realistic, but a “Rex” outline, so no real features, just more like a pencil outline. I want the rex shape body because i like the long skinny ears, large round back end and small upper body.

I noticed that Etsy has many bunny line drawings in various items being sold or illustrated on bumper stickers, etc. You might do a search of the site for bunny and browse through them to see what the style of drawing you like the most. Even if you show us, one of us might be able to do something in a similar style with a visual to go on.

                  Cafepress too.
Some programs do outlines from a photo. What about trying that with a picture of Bo?

I could have the guy I’m dating sketch for you. He’s an artist by trade. But we also went and got him a new PS3 (his “Japanese Girlfriend”) yesterday after he had been console-less for two months, so he might be kind of scarce this week, hahaha.

Jerseygirl, that’s a good idea… do you know what kind of programs may do this?
I’ve not heard of Etsy, I will google it.

I’ve been googling pictures nad saving ones that are similar to the design i want.

Some online photo sites do. I know photobucket has a sketch option under the Effects tab. It gives a pretty rough outline but something to work with. It might be worth a try. I would edit out most the other stuff in a photo so it doesn’t look so busy as a sketch.
I think picnik.com has something similar but I find the site painfully slow.

Edit to add: There are programs that do full portrait like pics from photos but I can’t think of them! There was one I learnt of last week. I’ll have to check thru my browser history & report back.
