Oh noes! I just HAD to click the add for FooPets at the bottom of the screen. I just HAD to get myself a long haired silver tabby and name it Griff. I just HAD to get myself another virtual pet to squeeze in to care for amongst my real life pets!!
I just HAVE to get some friends onto this site with me! Anyone here play the game? It’s SUPER fun! (Especially all the hard work you have to do to get FooDollars to feed your pet with…ARGH!)
On the other hand though, it really is quite engaging and lifelike. But I am going to be a bit freaked out to see this pet actually “age” like a real pet does, or something like. I wonder if they will ever put virtual bunnies on the site?

I think BB gets some kind of kickback for us clicking on the banners doesn’t she? I just saw it come up at the top of the page on my last forum post.

MB and El, answered your friend requests when I came in today. I wanted to play with both your pets but I can only have one window up at a time otherwise my computer freezes, so I’ll get to them for pets and play when I can.
El, I love the Weimeraner! I had one as a child, her name was Misty Silver Dollar or something like that (pedigreed from Colorado) and I can still hear her baying as her carrier was unloaded form the plane…good grief, the whole airport must’ve thought we were beating her!
My mum used to breed and raise them, back when my dad raised Arabian stallions. The whole lot would come to the same whistle and parade around the corrals. What a brood! (I was just a baby then, so had to hear this second hand from the parents.)MB, I can’t believe you got the tuxedo female…lolz. Muse is a great name!
It takes SO long to get anything done on my end is the only problem. I had a heck of a time just giving Griff his flea treatment. Thank God we don’t have REAL fleas in Alaska, I would hate to have to do that in real life. Those products worry me so. Whatever happened to just putting brewer’s yeast in their food??

Well, I couldn’t name her Kitty.. So Muse (mews) it was. hehe. My Neko was named such cuz we couldn’t think of what to name her, so she became Cat in Japanese. Muse is similar hehe. And I got the tuxedo cuz I’ve never had one like that, so it would be all its own and not influenced by past kitties

lolz…I see what you men about the name. Very nice.
Toey (my black cat) is really just a nickname…when I asked her what she wanted to be called when we first got her she gave me this high pitched “MEW” so that is her true name (spelled Myuu-like the Pokemon-since it was the same year the first movie came out.) She turned into such a devilish creature, we lengthened it to Mewtwo and then Toey (TWO-ee) just stuck.
Neko…I use that name at my other virtual pet site I play at. I love Japanese names, I’ve actually been playing the Japanese versions of Pokemon lately to try and help myself recognize the kana.
There’s a Maneki Neko to purchase from the FooPet shop to put in the background with your pet. It was on sale yesterday and I just missed it! Boo! -
Well for me, the big problem is my connection. But for the most part, just play with and pet your FooPet, (use the mouse), be sure it’s medicated, watered and fed regularly (if you mouse over the bottom of the pet’s screen some icons should show up) and there’s a store to buy things from-but you need paypal or some other form of online money transfer to buy FooDollars.
Or you can participate in their ad program to earn FooDollars. It takes some practice, but it’s not too difficult once you get the hang of it. There’s also a forum to ask questions at, but if you need something specific, I can try to help you.
