She’s still being unpredictably aggressive. Sometimes something will set her off and other times it won’t. She’ll hop on to my bed and sometimes she’ll just sit next to me and be super content to get pets and other times she’ll hope onto my bed and immediately bite me on the arm when I haven’t even moved a muscle. I tried to make sure I paid her a lot of attention whenever I was home, since I knew that loneliness was part of the issue and it seemed a little bit better, but now she’s back to randomly biting me (really hard to the point that I’ll have a bruise).
I’ve tried different ways that I’ve read about of showing her that I’m ‘in charge’ like gently pressing on her shoulders, ignoring the bites or squeaking to show her that it hurts, and even picking her up and holding her with her back to my breastbone while supporting her bottom/feet and ribcage for a few seconds which I read on the house rabbit society website’s article about aggression is supposed to calm them down and show them who’s the ‘top bunny’. Nothing seems to work!
