Lolz…thanks guys, I actually guessed it was her thread awhile ago and I’ve been in there ogling everyone’s pix and trying to get my own loaded….gads, I hate dial-up! >.<
Okay, so I apologize for taking Sarah’s (Binkles) name in vain. I knew she drew, especially anime-type characters, but I didn’t realize Sani did.

A friend of ours that has a bunny is gonna come by to watch them. They’ll be fine with him around

We’re going to a little place called Sisters Oregon. Purdy place. We’re renting a cabin about 8 miles outside it for 3 nights, was a bargain at $125 a night. Has a pool table upstairs Can’t wait!

Ah, I know where Bend is. Yeah, my dad (who was also my grandpa) took me traveling all over the northwestern states, all the way to Montana…we had the most fun in Oregon It’s really so beautiful there.
For awhile we were contemplating moving back down, but I think we’re stuck here for a few more years at least.

That sounds really nice. I am in flat Florida, and kind of miss mountains, cabins, lakes and woods at the moment.

If you guys are into fishing, I can recommend a great author named Paul Quinett who wrote Fishing Lessons, and Pavlov’s Trout. It’s fishing lore, psychology and just good short essays rolled into one. A really smart man who loves fishing. My Dad loved them and passed them around to all his friends, so your hubbies might like them too.

i’ve always wanted to move to florida… just when i decide that i wanna move to florida i turn on the news and see this GIGANTIC hurricane slamming into the state and i get all O______O;;

so yeah the hurricanes scare me but other then that you guys have the best weather ever. its like everyday is a vacation.
and i like those little lizards that are always running around. they bite and dont let go

I did that astro-map search you pointed me at, Pam…it says Florida is not good for me. Boo. S’ok though, I am allergic to Mickey Mouse.

My best fun fishing was attending a fly-casting class with my pa back in 1976. I was 13 and I graduated top of the class. I could shoot the line better than most of the instructors there at less than half their stature. It was a blast! ^_^

We had a little booklet too of all the faux pas you could make in fly fishing…the funniest was story of the Upright Blue Dummy…who was basically the kind of guy who went out with the full kit only to wind up getting his suspenders caught in his automatic reel and pulling his waders up around his ears. I was bent in half for days reading those little blurbs about “How to not look like an idiot”. xD

I am a firm believer in the saying, “The worst day fishing is better than the best day working.”
