I leave plastic bags on the floor cause i am lazy and the buns don’t eat them. Eddie noses around in them but doesn’t eat them. Otherwise i’d pick them up. And when I hear a bag rustling I always ask what they’re doing and go check cause Eddie has been known to eat food thru their plastic packaging. Yes, I have left food on the floor in the plastic bags due to limited counter space and thought it was safe. Nope. Oh well. Eddie was fine. Anyways…..here’s the result of Eddie nosing around the bags one night.
He somehow managed to get the bag around his middle thru the handle. I heard rustling and called out like usual and just as I was coming to see what he was doing, he comes hopping over, freaking out. lol The bag looked like a cape on him! So being the mean bunny mommy I am, I had to take a picture before “saving” him. The bag was NOT tight around his middle at all. If it would’ve gotten snagged on something he could’ve hopped the rest of the way out of it. And yes, I make sure the bags are not on the floor anymore. lol
