Im getting my satin rabbit and my unknown angora rabbit (If someone can help me and find out for use. would be great) but im getting them spayed at the same time. But i am stressing about not able to hold them for two weeks. I love to hold my girls and keep that bond strong between us. But i spoil my girls but in a healthy way. What is there i can do to help them. I know it would be hard for my high energy satin to stay in a cage for two weeks away from mama and daddy. Im 19 and these are my first rabbits. My satin is a rabbit who was raised not in a cage. Shes free spirited love bunny. Thats all she wants to give. As you see im in love with my bunnies. My angora she was a rescue rabbit and she was starved and lifless for awhile until my partner and i rescued it and she is very shy and is scared of my partner. I think shes scared of men cause of her past owners. But that is fine, she seems to get better. Her teeth are doing well. But she is having 3 strand poops. I got hay everywhere.
As i call these girl Soul sisters. When we first bonded them. They were all sweet with each other. Kush my satin she was seperated from her large bunch of siblings, for a month. We knew we needed another rabbit for her. In time as we were talking about getting one. A family member came to us, knowing we were good with a bunny. I vowed to nurse her to health, and i did. She eats and drink about enough. They cuddle and clean together. Each one would follow each other. But one thing surpise me. That my angora Grimlyn was dominating my innocent kush.
To Summarize what im asking;
What do i need to know to help these girls after there spaying?
What would i need to do for there bond?
Do i have to worry about junk getting into there stitches?
Anything i may need to know. Though i done whatever research i do asking the question in google hoping for the best.Like one big thing type of wood they can be around. I need to build a bed frame like a waterbed type.
thank you
