        Warning, this is so sad and devastating but I wanted to show you a rabbit who was saved – the baby with the giggle is absolutely adorable too:

        The videos I’ve seen of this are just so devastating and frightening beyond belief.  I cannot even imagine how life is for everyone affected right now but I hope the family with the rabbit finds some comfort in having a furry friend with them.

          aww I’m so glad they got to keep their bun! I’ve honestly been thinking of evacuation plans if something was to happen, because I just can’t bear the thought of leaving my babies behind. it looks like they had one of those tiny carriers people use to take their toy dogs around. hmm. *taking note*

            This is sad. Just the whole situation. And the little baby with the giggle IS adorable. I think that’s the beauty of children – even in disaster, they can still find things to smile about.
