  Are you meaning under your name on your posts or on the actual profile page? For the small pics under your screen name, you add the photo as the avatar. Be sure to click update profile after. You often have to log out then back on to view the change you made. I’m not sure about the profile pic on the profile page. I don’t think everything there is working just yet as the site under went some updates recently. Have you checked out the TECH forum?

  Hi, I took the liberty of saving your pix and uploading it again to open it. If you go into Attachments at the bottom of a reply page, select your pix, click Upload, then after it is completely loaded the screen will expand to show a line with choices – click Insert Image. That puts the pix right there instead of a link. You can then grab the corner of it with your mouse to resize it.
