So today I thought it was the vets tour.    So Fouad took me and I took Cotton.   We get there and I see a banner stating it is on saturday not today thursday.     Drat.   I wrote it wrong on the calendar.

So we go to the beach.   I take Cotton out.   I walk to the pier and stuff.    Cotton didn’t seem to mind at all.   Later we went to pick up our medicine.  I decided to go inside with Boo of course and ask for a new box for him.

He just sat in my arms so comfy head on my shoulder.  Tooth purring.   Happy little guy.   HE had his harness on in case something happened.  I did  not let him on the ground cuz of what happened at the park a while back.

That store doesn’t mind him they customer service desk likes him.    The peoples at the department store here like him too.

I asked an employee for  a new box.      So one of the employees came back with a real nice box.   A thick thick one.   I could barely cut 2 holes out in it.    Is very durable box.

I put it and his new phone book in there.  He went right to it layed down.   Then chewed then lay down again.   Come to me for pets.  Now it is hi bedtime.

HE did really good.   He doesn’t seem to mind going places much.   We were one for a few hours about 3 hours.   Not all rabbits do good with this.   But Cotton does good.

I remember reading more aggressive rabbits tolerate stuff like this more.    HE does box me sometimes and chews me up if I smell like I petted a male rabbit.

I have one who is OK with travelling and come to think of it… he does have a mean streak… so maybe this is true! I suppose it has to do with confidence but also with being accustomed to it~

He may just like the comfort of your closeness which is why he was okay with traveling.

He’s been traveling with you since he was a very young bunny. I’ve always been so amazed at how well they do with you. They ride in anything you carry them in, stay in your arms, sit still on the dock. It’s very special. I can’t get Samantha to let me pick her up. Sometimes I really miss Spockie, and he couldn’t be out of a carrier if outside. Very lucky with Boo and Her Majesty.

When I had Laith he hated to travel.    HE told me this . ……  Really he did.

When I would go to pick him up again after having  brought him outdoors or to a neighbors               he would hide his head.     HE would move his litterbox and hide his head behind it with his body sticking out   rofl.

Outside on the ground he would splay his legs out and lie flat.   I got what he was telling me.   He got to stay home.

Ruby I don’t think she likes going places.  She hasn’t been in a long time cuz I don’t want any chance that a neighbor from here would be at the same store I happen to go to.

She would run from me when I went to pick her up after taking her back home.

Cotton yes I have taken him out since I first got him at 2 months.    He doens’t like being held much in the house but out the door all he wants is to be in my arms.

He is a real special little bunny.

AT home he wouldn’t mind so much if I could permanently stop treating his lip.

BT, didn’t you use to ride with him on a bike? Or was that the stroller thing?

Like he was saying ahhhh yes this is the life
