Funny. I was actually just thinking about this today based on my own experience.
In june last year, I got Molly from another family. She had lived 3 years of her life with that family. Mostly spent all her life in a small cage and hardly ever being let out. She would actually bite them now and then.
I kept contact with the family and in december, 6 months later, they came to see her. Molly loves company and is the first one to greet strangers in our house. However, when the family came in and sat down by Molly, she panicked. She kept thumping and she was hiding, which I have never seen her do. She was clearly very upset. She didn’t relax before the family had been gone for a while.
Clearly, she remembered them – and not for good things.
So, yes, I believe your bunny will recognise you and remember you. And if you bond has been posiitive (unlike my example), I am quite sure she will remember you for the good stuff and you will quickly rebond.
