Its a pretty unmistakable sound,  exactly like a little bumble bee. Its not the kind of sound that comes from breathing difficulties – that can sound like faint sobbing or even twittering.

It is common in many rabbits but often doesn’t cause symptoms in adult rabbits unless there is a strain on the immune system.
