Oxbow actually mentions you can freeze CC to extend shelf-life, but too many freeze-thaw cycles can break down the nutrients too much.

Oxbow Critical Care is a powder that you mix with watet yourself. Once mixed it should be refrigerated unless you serve it “to order”, and mixed CC should be used within a day.
