@Love my bun, did yiur vet give any reason as to why they wanted you to give Critical Care instead of Emeraid? My only recovery food option here is CC, andthat’s unfortunate bc buns don’t seem to like it. It is a good product, but I’ve always had to syringe it, and it’s of course a huge advantage if the bun eats it from a plate or spoon.

Giving a chomp on the arm or hand while being held means “put me down”. I had one rabbit that would do this all the time. Keep in mind that rabbits are prey animals and tend to not enjoy being held. Yes he is completely acting normal. I actually have picked him up after that happened but I have to say I was a little nervous. So just keep picking him up? Should I wear gloves just in case? I figured as much that it had to do with him being in the teenage phase.

It depends a lot on the temperament of the cats and the bun. Some buns are very bold and will chase cats away, some cats are very afraid of buns, and some will bother them more. True diarrhea is alife-threatening condion, but it’s only true diarrhea if there is no solid or formed poop at all. Is he still having loose stools?

I too would take him to his regular vet if he doesnt improve.
