I can’t see the picture very well. Is this the iris or the pupil? There are cases where the pupil does not form correctly and part of the iris is missing in this spot. This would be present at birth. Otherwise, it is possible for the iris to be two different colors within the same eye.

I’m not familiar with Sulfacox. A quick Google search says it’s a treatment for poultry. No wonder. I agree with Dana that this is an unusual delivery system for medication when it comes to bunnies.

The best treatment I’m aware of for coccidea is ponazuril, have you asked your vet about that one?

First off, he’s ADORABLE. Now, a few questions.

2.) How dark is the hallway?

3.) How much smaller would his pen/hutch be?

4.) Does your bunny know your sister?

5.) Any other animals that could reach him?

I am not an expert but i notice your bunny is white, white buns are often a bit blind so sometimes the glazy eye can just indicate visual impairment.

Sometimes there may be underlying issues lile cataracts (your buns is probably to young for that) and E. Cunciculi which is a serious but often treatable parasitic infection.

I agree he definitely has some lionhead in there, and he has the “charlie markings” that are typical of English spot (but not exclusive to that breed).

Hmm, that is an unusual delivery method… what medication is it and what is it treating for?

You can try mixing a little apple juice into it to see if that helps?
