I also immediately wondered if these are simply poops with fur inside them. It seems gross, but if you crack one open, you might find a lump of fur inside. It is a common cause of larger poops during a molt.

Too big poop that is well-formed doesnt seem worrisome, unless they’re full of hair? That they crumble easily means they’re dry and full of fiber, you often see that with buns that eat lots of hay. Double poops are formed when 2 normal poops collide inside the gut. This suggests the gut has slowed a bit, which isn’t surprising considering he is going through such an awful molt.
