i did try puppy pads for a while, but they just dig them, bunch them up and then eat them. I don’t think any friends would have them due to the peeing. The only reason I ever intervene with the chasing is because of the peeing that inevitably follows when he doesn’t let her mount, so it’s a bit of a tricky one.

Can you explain what you mean by diarrhea a bit more? True watery diarrhea is a medical emergency, but my suspicion is maybe you are seeing some soft poops or uneaten cecals maybe because of the cones? Have they passed any normal poops?

Yes, give it time. He may be uncomfortable from the surgery and not want to move to his litter box every time he has to go. Their hormones can also go a bit crazy for a while after being neutered so he may still leave territorial poops around until they die down. I suggest just sweeping them up and putting them in the box to remind him.

Wow, I had to google myasthenia gravis, I have never heard of it. It seems to be very rare, but not unheard of. I hope you are able to get some answers soon.

He might be a bit scared, but he will be ok. It can help to have rabbits get used to their carrier ahead of time, so you can leave it out and open all the time, and give treats in it. That way they see it as a safe hiding spot and feel more comforted in it.
