Fingers crossed the drops will help now! If they don’t, maybe you could ask for a prescription for oral antibiotics, without having to take the bun to be seen? There are some oral antibiotics for rabbits that are not very pricey. You could ask and explain the money situation. Vets can often be  understanding, and they have seen him recently.

I guess the vet didn’t really explain it well, and calling it pus made it seem a bit more deadly to me, unsure why.

Rabbits can have a local infection in the tearduct itself, causing it to plug up, without any other health issue, so the approach your vet is taking is correct. Hey guys,

Thanks for helping me out the last time, I cleaned one of their legs, it looks better but I noticed the other one losing fur from its tail and leg, is it normal? Please let me know if you want me to upload pictures to see how to looks like to have a better idea.

Hello! I do not live in the UK but I use pine shavings for my bunny although some bunnies are allergic to pine shavings so if you want to be safe you can use paper bedding. Good to know — thank you so much, Hazel!  CBD has helped me with my own joint pain, so I’d be interested in seeing if it could help Teddy!  🙂 What form do you give it in?  I wonder if anyone else has tried CBD for bunnies?
