I’ve talked to my dad about the pesticides and he said they haven’t used them in a while on anything and switched to environmentally friendly alternatives.

ahh, buying bunny toys is the best thing, I don’t know who enjoys it more, me, or the bunnies. Opening bunny things I very well know I purchased makes me so excited. Louie doesn’t even play with the toys I buy, but its worth it because of how much I enjoy it. And hey, its an excuse to buy more stuff that (appears) to be not for me. 😀

I think the one commonly used comes in a green bag, it’s Tractor Supply’s own brand. But yes softwood pellets are safe because the drying process removes harmful phenols.

Get some hard plastic capping, it comes in long lengths and can be cut down to size, it’s “U” shaped and comes in different widths. I’ve used that on all the edges of my plywood for their condo and they haven’t ever chewed it. Here it’s called PVC moulding, but it might have a different name where you are.

If it is weeping willow it is safe. I feed it, just be careful not to feed willow if your rabbit is on pain relief medication as the willow can interfere with it.

As long as you’re sure they don’t use pesticides you can feed it. You can feed it fresh or dry, I would recommend rinsing it beforehand. I feed the leaves and stems, they can have it…
