@Dface Thank you! Yeah I wasn’t sure if it would be too rough for them. They both have short hair. This morning I used a double sided brush and one side has soft bristles which got some of the loose fur off. I could try the damp hand next time!

Agree with @Dface, you should make the carpet uninteresting to her. Another way is too put down lots of toys, and when she chews on something more appropriate, reward her with extra pets, or a treat.
