Clover can open a lot of pens and she knows it so I have to use a clip to keep them closed and she just goes to town trying to force her way through because it’s worked before! I think 10 x 12 feet is definitely sufficient. The guidelines they go by at the rescue I volunteer at access to minimum 50 sq ft for exercise space (so enough to get some zoomies out and actually run), and you are at 120 sq ft. Yes I think I would try just going hay only for a little while and see if that helps clear things up. She had such a weird diet when you got her, she might need some time on just hay to get her tummy in order.

I’m so happy things are going well, I was prepared for up to multiple months, but I’m thinking if they keep progressing in the same way they can be moved in together by next week! Starting school with them bonded would be ideal but because it’s online, if they aren’t fully bonded I have lots of time to continue bonding.

I use a ‘hand brush’ – not sure what it is called, a friend gave it to me – and all you have to do is pet the bun and it takes off all the excess fur. Makes grooming fun. 😉 I think she might have got it off of Amazon.
