@Danny : I agree with HipHopBunny, you might want to consider having her spayed. At 1-2 years old, chances are your female already has some abnormalities in her uterus.

Her poos are darker at the moment than usual but not by much.

She poos lighter when I use standard lighter looking meadow hay in her litter tray rather than green hay that I’m using at the moment.

When the urine analysis was done, some amount of bacteria was found, but it was not growing. They put him back on antibiotics and I did the fluid treatment to help him flush out his system. Wick, she does seem to be shedding fur so I will give her another more thorough brush when she wakes up. She had been excessive grooming when she was in pain the other day. Maybe she was trying to get rid of the fur now I look back. I’ll get on top of that so I can rule it out if it happens again. Thank you so much.

Her poos aren’t strung together by fur (I’ve seen that before) it’s definitely mucus. Could fur cause the mucus?

Did the “fluid” treatments help when they were given?  Does he have any white chalky swirls in his urine?  When he had a urine analysis, do you recall what he was tested for?

How old is she? Spaying a female rabbit is always a good thing to do, as you said, litter issues, territorial behavior, overall not fun to be around. She may not be showing this now, but once she hits puberty, *dry laugh* they are pretty bad teenagers.
