The vet will give you the doseage based on weight. You apply it to the skin at the nape of the neck. I believe that usually 1 or 2 treatments is enough.

I had a long talk with my mother this afternoon about the injections. She seemed receptive to what I was saying. We’re going to follow the vet’s instructions with the chloramphenicol and then see if her appetite comes back on its own after a couple days. Dates 3 and 4: More or less the same, about 15 min each session. Lots of petting. Less mounting today, but some face-nipping by Bonnie which I am not a fan of.
