Bam thank you. That’s why I’m nervous to give it to him. He still moves around and did a binky this morning, so I don’t think it’s necessary right now either. I’ve been giving Simethicone everyday morning and night for almost a week now, 1.75mL a dose. He still has abnormal poops, but some look relatively normal now.

DanaNM thank you. He’s still not really eating on his own. He’s still curious, moves around, grooms himself, and drinks water. We syringe fed him around 20 or 25mL earlier before letting him go. It’s still stressful for him. I’ll try that technique next time, thank you.

Cats do seem very good at recognising a rabbit as a family member, i e non-prey, once they have been properly introduced an the bun’s status as a family member has been established.

But I’m little frustrated because I don’t know what she wants and I want to make her the happiest.

Have you tried sticking hay in an empty toilet paper tube? My rabbits love that and it’s basically free 🙂

Oh well you have the point here. She really doesn’t not like to chew moving things only the ones that are anchored down how you said.

Is there anything I can make myself at home from cardboard and it would be good for her? I was looking up some ideas but everything are just simple small toys like balls which she does not like.

I recommend getting something solid and easily cleanable for under the pen, like a sheet of vinyl flooring. A plastic sheet under a blanket would work temporarily. Usually a completely bare floor works best for litter training.

I agree that this is less so one rabbit ruining others’ habits, and actually just rabbits approaching puberty and being around other rabbits, thus litter box habits sort of fly out the window. Rabbits mark territory to feel secure, and as they grow older/encounter other rabbits, the instinctual drive to mark follows.

Indeed, I don’t think bed-peeing is something you can train out of a rabbit if the rabbit is inclined to do so. Blocking bed access may be what you need to do.

“She has PLENTY of chew toys but she ignores them.” — this is really important, because it means that she does not see these as chew toys, and she may never, so while it’s unfortunate you likely spent money on them, they are not what your rabbit is looking for. Beds are tricky, because they are soft and smell strongly of humans. Is she spayed?

Most people either end up blocking access to the bed, or some people have had good luck putting a plastic shower curtain under a blanket as the top layer. The curtain blocks the smell a bit so bun is less likely to mark, and also makes clean up easier if the bun does pee.
