Oh well you have the point here. She really doesn’t not like to chew moving things only the ones that are anchored down how you said.

Is there anything I can make myself at home from cardboard and it would be good for her? I was looking up some ideas but everything are just simple small toys like balls which she does not like.

I recommend getting something solid and easily cleanable for under the pen, like a sheet of vinyl flooring. A plastic sheet under a blanket would work temporarily. Usually a completely bare floor works best for litter training.

I agree that this is less so one rabbit ruining others’ habits, and actually just rabbits approaching puberty and being around other rabbits, thus litter box habits sort of fly out the window. Rabbits mark territory to feel secure, and as they grow older/encounter other rabbits, the instinctual drive to mark follows.

Indeed, I don’t think bed-peeing is something you can train out of a rabbit if the rabbit is inclined to do so. Blocking bed access may be what you need to do.

Beds are tricky, because they are soft and smell strongly of humans. Is she spayed?

Most people either end up blocking access to the bed, or some people have had good luck putting a plastic shower curtain under a blanket as the top layer. The curtain blocks the smell a bit so bun is less likely to mark, and also makes clean up easier if the bun does pee.

That’s rough! But yes I agree it’s puberty and will get better. I think an enclosure is the best solution for now.

I’d hold off on the buprenorphin then. It tends to make them very zoned out, which can be a bit scary to see, plus it slows the gut. Please don’t blame the bunny, as it is completely normal for rabbits to lose litter habits when they start to hit puberty, as well as when they are around rabbits that they aren’t bonded to. Since he isn’t a huge bun, you might try cutting back on his salad a bit (maybe go to half a cup twice a day) and see if that helps. But again, do monitor carefully because it’s important that he is eating something. You could also prob half the amount of pellets and see if that helps.

How’s he doing today? Is he eating a bit more?  The fact that he’s exploring and was fighting the syringe is a good sign.

He is 3.5 pounds and has 1 cup of veggies in the morning with 1/4 cup of pellets (5am) and 1 cup of veggies in the evening(5pm).
