Hi,

I live in a flat and I changed rooms with my brother. My bun is constantly going into my old room even there is nothing for her already. And she lost her litter habbits. I moved the litter to my room of course and she doesn’t use it.

Hmm I tried pellet mash and adding tasty things with it but she won’t have anything. Luckily I successfully used her curiosity against her to get her into the carrier for her appointment so at least there’s that issue to not worry about. She’s still fairly lively, and drinking water. Yea I did realize that he didn’t seem as active a while before it happened, but I assumed it was because I was lazy and always on my bed doing something. Thank you. I feel a lot better.

Since aloe gel is considered safe, I would assume an aloe containing lotion would be OK too. The amount of actual aloe would be very small. I agree with Bam. I don’t think you did anything. My guess is he was sick for a long time. Rabbits are good at hiding illness until they are very, very sick. The mites may simply have been taking advantage of…[Read more]

Yes, flavored gas drops tend to be more palatable. Something to keep in mind for the future. I haven’t noticed any infant gas drops with xylitol, but that is one thing to always what out for. It isn’t safe for rabbits (or other animals).
